Not all projects go as planned. We were involved in the early planning of this project. It is an ambitious project, with many “opportunities”. (As the saying goes, “We don’t have problems. We have opportunities.”)
At a certain point a new investor became involved. Next came a new project manager, a new golf consultant and eventually a new golf architect.
So, why write about this? Golf projects are big convoluted undertakings, that can take many turns. We never know what can happen…
